Making a Return
If you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to email@example.com- please be sure to include your order number so we can easily identify your purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. We recommend you try on any products indoors. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. We cannot accept the return of items which have been dismantled, used or soiled. Please make sure that your return is well packed. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is damaged or faulty, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or organise for a return of a full refund. Any damages or defective items must be alerted to us within 7 days of the arrival of your package. Please inspect your purchases upon receipt and contact us should you not be happy with your purchase in any way. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
